On Monday I will be in court for a pretrial hearing to determine exactly what from the 1994 trial transcript that the prosecutors are allowed to use as identification evidence from the two main witnesses who have since come forth recanting the identification of me made by them, and revealing that the detectives pressured & coerced the both of them to identify me as the shooter…

I was just in court filing some pleadings. The clerk and Sheriff’s deputy mentioned two things to me in advance of the hearing on Monday.
1. The docket on Monday is full, so the courtroom will be full of defendants and defendants’ family so they ask that if you have a large group of supporters they wait outside and can be brought in when your case is called.
2. Someone said that one of the people in your supporter group had a camera and may have taken a photo in the courtroom. He said if anyone gets caught with a camera they will be kicked out (may even get a contempt charge). As you know only lawyers are permitted to have phones, so they shouldn’t have been able to get into the building with a phone/camera.

Anyway, just a heads up. If you talk to any of the head organizers, please let them know. I will address them Monday morning, but you might want to let them know in advance.
